began building her solid dance skills at age five with The Marcia Hyland Dance Center. She loved to dance and was thrilled to become a leader for our pre-school students in recitals as she focused on her own dance studies. While in high school, she became a member of the Marcia Hyland Dance Company and continued to nurture her passion for dance. She also made time to act as Head Coach of a grammar school competitive cheerleading team (Our Lady of Good Council Chargers), and choreographed all of their routines. Quite a busy and talented high school student!
At Seton Hall University, as a political science major, she became an active member of the Seton Hall Dance Team. Following her college years, she returned to The Marcia Hyland Dance Center and we are so happy to have Morgan as a faculty member. She has the spirit and sensitivity so necessary for an early-grade teacher. “I feel it is important to simplify and break down the movement—You can not expect children to automatically mimic your moves.”
Morgan brings warmth and wit to her classroom creating an atmosphere of fun and a strong beginning for her enthusiastic little dancers!
