Maddie Melnyk discovered her passion for teaching at a very young age and began her dance training at the Marcia Hyland Dance Center. She trained extensively in Ballet, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, and Tap, developing both strong technique and a deep love for the art of dance. Maddie now shares her years of training and experience with our preschool and early elementary students, where her creativity, patience, and enthusiasm shine. She has earned a valued place on our teaching faculty and brings energy, imagination, and encouragement into every class. Maddie was Dance Captain for the school productions of “Elf” and “Suffs” at Cherry Hill West High School. This past year, she was also Head Choreographer at Carusi Middle School, choreographing “Matilda Jr.” and “Aladdin Jr.”
